DECEMBER 2011 - CALIFORNIA HANG TEN (Muscat Symphony Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay)
 

A luscious blend with flavours and aromas of peach, apricot, baked apple, and pear.  This soft white also has a hint of tropical fruit.

JANUARY 2012 - SPAIN TORO (Monastrell Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon)
 

Red ripe fruits with a little bit of anise, hay/straw, dried prune, cherries and blackcurrant entice the nose. coffee with black pepper or dried leaves are layered with the sweetness of fresh cherries and strawberries.  With Hungarian Oak Cubes.

FEBRUARY 2012 - ARGENTINA TANGO (Tempranillo Malbec)
 

Rich flavours of ripened cherries and dried prunes carry throughout.  The dark notes present a hint of chocolate or coffee.  Aromas of eucalyptus, violets, black cherry and black currants entice the nose while the sweet ripe apple finish will have you wanting more.  Will come with 250g Dried Genuwine Merlot skins, French and American oak chips.

MARCH 2012 - AUSTRALIA DOWN UNDER (Shiraz Cabernet Petit Verdot)
 

The unique red, rich, fruit flavours are topped with aromas of red currants, chokeberry with hints of sour cherry and cherry, dried fruit notes are present in the nose and dried prunes or figs in taste.  Will come with 250g Dried Genuwine Cabernet Merlot skins and French oak.

APRIL 2012 - AUSTRALIA DOWN UNDER (Syrah Merlot Rosé)
 

This Rosé offers floral notes of honey.  Flavours of strawberry, raspberry, fresh apples, fig.  On the finish it delivers extra light tannins and a slightly sweet finish.
