The International Collection sets the gold standard for wine kits through the blending of top quality varietal grape juice and grape concentrate.  Like all our award-winning wine kits, it comes complete with easy-to-follow instructions, all the additives (including premium oaks, grape skins and Süss reserves) to deliver a wine of finesse and balance in five weeks.

Australian Viognier

This kit comes with toasted American oak powder.  It is fruity with apples and pears on the nose and hints of vanilla in the background.   The wine has balanced acidity to compliment the fruit and light oak notes.

This kit comes with Dried Genuwine Merlot skins and a blend of American and French oak chips.  The wine has dark chocolate with hints of dried red fruits and green pepper on the nose.

Australian Cabernet Sauvignon

The warm summer sun produces a bold CabernetSauvignon with the varietal's signature nose: black currants, dark chocolate and subtle toasty notes.  Fermentation with Cabernet GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins and toasted American oak produces a full-bodied wine with hints of coffee laced with vanilla notes.

British Columbia Pinot Noir

Grown in the popular Okanagan Valley, this wine has fine aromas of black cherries and fresh strawberries.  The French oak produces silky tannins, while subtle notes of pepper and spice round out the experience.

California Syrah

Although it is a relative newcomer to the California vineyards, this remarkably smooth wine has gained quick popularity. Chilean Malbec

With cool temperatures and plenty of sunshine, Chile has ideal growing conditions for this full-bodied wine.  Compli(e)mented by warm spice notes, Malbec boasts aromas and flavours of ripe blackberry and blackcurrant.  The addition of our Merlot Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins creates a chewy, deep, rustic red wine with intense cherry flavours and blended oak undertones

Italian Primitivo

Rich in nature, this rustic European wine opens up with a luscious bouquet of ripe black cherry and delicate spices underlaid with a hint of toasted oak.  Our Italian Primitivo, fermented on Zinfandel GenuWine Winery Dried Grape Skins is bended with well rounded smooth tannins, berry fruit and a long complex finish.

South African Chenin Blanc

Called "Steen" when grown in South Africa, this graceful wine is light-bodied with a pale straw colour.  The fruity scented nose has hints of green apple and lemon with a subtle floral bouquet rounding out the nose.  On the palate the wine is delightfully refreshing.
